* Support relationships with individuals and organizations affected by the company's socio-environmental actions through social dialogue and development of joint initiatives between the community and the company, aiming to support the company's strategic decision-making regarding its operations. * Support socio-environmental issues at operating plants through periodic visits to the plants and surrounding communities, representing the organization in stakeholder engagement, listening to demands, analyzing field-related information, with the objective of ensuring compliance with socio-environmental best practices, fulfillment of legal requirements, preservation of the organization's reputation, and fostering trust and integrity in stakeholder relationships, aligned with organizational policies and guidelines. * Management Model Assist in implementing the area's Socio-Environmental Management Model according to corporate guidelines, by establishing routines, controls, process structuring, and cascading directives to operational and implementation units, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement. * Environmental Requirements and Programs Support the execution of environmental requirements and programs at operational units by monitoring schedules, carrying out planned activities, hiring consulting services, analyzing and reviewing materials proposed by contractors, preparing reports for submission to environmental agencies, aiming to ensure maintenance of environmental licenses and positive relationships with involved stakeholders. * Administrative Support budgetary control for the socio-environmental area through budget planning, monthly trend updates, preparation of terms of reference and technical specifications, issuing purchase requests and orders, and payment follow-up, aiming to ensure financial accuracy within the department. * Third-Party Management Manage third-party contracts by planning and monitoring activities according to contracted scope, tracking payments, and evaluating deliverables, aiming to ensure alignment of actions with company guidelines and strategies. * Risk Management Support the organization in emergency action plan activities for dams covered under the National Dam Safety Policy by operationalizing documents, including updates, submissions, training sessions, seminars, and drills conducted with the Self-Preservation Zone, aiming to minimize environmental and population impacts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Engineering, Social Communication, Social Work, Political Science, or related fields.
