Work in an environment that values growth and ethics. **Metrô BH, one of the companies within Grupo Comporte, operates the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **We currently have an opportunity for a Building Technician \| Earthworks position in the Civil Implementation Department;** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please submit your application and share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are inclusive.** **\#grupocomporte \#metrobh \#oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise earthwork, drainage, ballasting, and railway superstructure installation (sleepers, rails, fastenings, and turnout devices). * Ensure all work is executed within railway gauge limits and respects operational track conditions. * Verify technical compliance of materials and construction methods used, in accordance with ABNT standards, concessionaire manuals, and project specifications. * Conduct field measurement surveys and control, ensuring accurate recording of physical and financial progress of works. * Support the responsible engineer in analyzing non-conformities, proposing corrective actions and technical improvements. * Issue daily photographic and technical reports on field activities. * Supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules concerning interference with operational railway tracks, including signage and communication with the OCC (Operational Control Center). * Monitor soil, ballast, and track material technological control tests. * Participate in planning and alignment meetings with execution teams, engineering, and railway operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Valid professional registration required; * Experience supervising railway construction projects, preferably involving earthworks, drainage, and railway superstructure installation; * Knowledge of interpreting railway design documents, surveying, and track geometric control; * Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, QGIS, and construction management software is desirable. **Additional Information** * **Benefits for the employee** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Childcare allowance;** **Gympass (a platform supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being);** **Life insurance;** **Meal voucher and/or food allowance;** **Transportation voucher.** * **Benefits for dependents** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Support for children with disabilities;** **Gympass (a platform supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being).** **We are one of the companies within Grupo Comporte, operating the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **Here, opportunities are offered based on meritocracy, and we care for our employees by fostering a positive organizational climate, which translates into excellent service to our users.
