Team collaboration and adherence to instructions **Main Responsibilities:** The construction helper will be responsible for assisting in various civil construction activities, supporting masons, carpenters, and other site professionals. They must prepare and transport materials, mix mortar, carry tools, organize the construction site, and keep the environment clean and safe. They will also assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures, perform minor support tasks, and follow the supervisor's instructions to ensure timely completion and quality of work. Additionally, they must strictly comply with safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure proper maintenance of materials and tools used. **Responsibilities** * Proven experience as a construction site helper (preferred); * Basic knowledge of civil construction activities; * Ability to handle and transport materials; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Good physical stamina and attention to safety instructions; * Organization and team collaboration; * Availability to work in teams and adhere to scheduled hours.
