Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in all construction site activities, performing support tasks such as mixing mortar, transporting materials, and cleaning the construction site. Direct assistance to masons and other professionals Responsible for assisting in all construction site activities, performing support tasks such as mixing mortar, transporting materials, cleaning, and organizing the construction site. Performs manual tasks including carrying bricks, sand, cement, and other supplies, as well as assembling and disassembling scaffolding, always adhering to safety regulations. Provides direct support for masonry, plastering, concrete pouring, and other civil construction phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and transport mortar, concrete, and construction materials; * Supply work fronts with tools and supplies; * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding, temporary fencing, and support structures; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Assist masons and other professionals in task execution; * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
