Job Summary: Assist in basic production routines, organization of the work environment, and support the team in production-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in theoretical and practical learning activities * Assist in basic production routines following leadership instructions; organize the work environment, keeping the area clean and suitable for operations; assist in material separation, counting, and verification; support simple assembly of parts, components, or kits as required by the team; observe and learn machine operation and production process steps; assist in supplying production lines with pre-defined materials; follow safety procedures, use of PPE, and company internal regulations; support the team in simple administrative tasks related to production (e.g., filling out spreadsheets, labels, and reports); participate in theoretical and practical learning program activities, applying knowledge in daily tasks. * Age between 14 and 24 years, per the Apprenticeship Law. Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. Availability to comply with the apprenticeship program’s scheduled working hours. Interest in learning activities related to the production environment. Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team. Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. Basic understanding of organization and discipline in work routines. Ability to follow safety regulations and leadership instructions.
