**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Planning Analyst** to work analytically and strategically, directly contributing to long-term decision-making, process optimization, and organizational operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct complex analyses and financial modeling to identify strategic opportunities and challenges, generating insights for long-term decisions;
* Collaborate in defining, implementing, and monitoring exploration campaign planning aligned with organizational objectives;
* Create, update, and monitor schedules, scope controls, and reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing corrective actions;
* Lead the budget planning and control process, performing forecasts, identifying variances, and proposing adjustments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
* Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, synthesizing data analyses and strategic outcomes;
* Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing internal processes, fostering innovation, and ensuring efficient resource utilization;
* Support the technical and strategic development of junior, mid-level, and technical planning analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and team competency enhancement.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering (Mining)** or related fields;
* Minimum of **6 months of experience in the field**;
* **Preferred: 3–4 years of experience** in planning, control, strategic analysis, or related areas.
