**Job Description – Mechanical Technical Assistant**
We are seeking a **Mechanical Technical Assistant** to support activities related to assembly, disassembly, mechanical inspection, and mechanical measurements, ensuring process compliance and service quality. The professional must strictly adhere to internal guidelines, safety standards, and established procedures.
**General Responsibilities**
* Ensure adherence to **Quality Management** guidelines.
* Fully comply with the company’s **Code of Conduct**.
* Correctly use **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)**, meeting occupational safety requirements for the position.
* Maintain department organization per the **5S Program**, preserving equipment and company assets.
* Care for tools and instruments, requesting maintenance/calibration whenever necessary.
* Perform tasks in accordance with training, instructions, and internal procedures.
* Fulfill production planning as directed by supervisors.
* Accurately record maintenance information in the **FAS** system.
* Issue **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** when applicable.
* Immediately report any issues arising during task execution.
* Willingness to travel for work.
**Technical Activities**
**Operations and Processes**
* Operating technology equipment used in process control.
* Using activity control systems and archiving systems for completed work.
* Providing technical support at client facilities.
* Operating overhead cranes according to training and safety regulations.
**Measurement Instruments**
Handling measurement instruments, including:
* Dynamometer, interchangeable micrometer, height gauge, standard bar/rod, heavy-duty caliper, depth caliper, internal diameter gauge, dial indicator.
**Assembly, Disassembly, and Inspection**
* Assembling and disassembling low-voltage motors.
* Conducting technical inspections (evaluations) of low- and medium-voltage motors.
* Performing mechanical measurements for component analysis.
**Component Preparation**
* Preparing parts.
* Final part verification prior to subsequent process steps.
**Technical Documentation**
* Properly using and interpreting the **Departmental Work Instruction Folder** to identify and study tasks.
**Requirements** **Education**
* **Preferred:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
* **Minimum:** Enrolled in a technical program.
**Experience**
* **Preferred:** 6 months of experience.
**Skills**
* **Preferred:** Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
