Responsible for verifying and requesting materials required for the project, withdrawing them when necessary, checking the workforce schedule, and coordinating with HR for hiring or termination. Responsible for monitoring construction progress (schedule, quality, productivity), reporting pending issues and conclusions to the engineer, addressing employee requests/questions, fulfilling company leadership and contract supervision requests, attending meetings with company leadership and contract supervisors, and performing other related duties.
