




Description: Mandatory: High School Diploma Preferred: Relevant work experience * Report for duty punctually and proceed to the Transportation Center, which will assign all transport tasks; * Daily and as needed, inspect the condition and positioning of stretchers and wheelchairs across all departments, including the Emergency Department, ensuring stretchers are properly covered and that one sheet is always available for covering and another for draping the patient; * Adhere to established protocols for patient transport, as well as for cleaning and disinfecting stretchers or wheelchairs; * Safely transfer patients internally, verifying patient name and date of birth, following safety protocols, and always wearing procedural gloves when transporting patients; * Monitor catheters, drains, and dressings of patients being transported, ensuring they remain clamped/folded during transport; * Transport deceased bodies or fetuses to the morgue and place them in the designated room or refrigerator according to instructions from the access controller; * Transport the transport kit located at the Transportation Center when requested by nursing staff for specific transfers; * Conduct transportation in a courteous and empathetic manner, prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction; * Immediately inform the nursing team and the Transportation Center of any incidents occurring during transport; * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors. 251217020255881280
