Be part of a new success story within the Chiquinho Sorvetes network **Position: Kiosk Manager – Chiquinho Sorvetes (Shopping Só Marcas Outlet – Contagem/MG)** We are seeking a **Manager** to lead the new **Chiquinho Sorvetes** kiosk, one of Brazil's largest ice cream chains! If you are **proactive, organized, and enjoy leading teams**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Monitor and ensure Chiquinho Sorvetes service and quality standards; * Manage the customer service team (scheduling, training, and performance); * Control inventory and orders; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, and daily reporting; * Drive sales results, targets, and operational KPIs; * Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **team leadership** (preferably in food service or retail); * Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and commitment; * Proficiency in **store routines and basic financial controls**; * Availability to **work in a shopping mall** (6-day workweek schedule); * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). **We Offer:** * Salary: R$2.418,00 * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$400.00 * Incentive program * Training and direct franchise support. **Location:** Shopping Só Marcas Outlet – Contagem/MG **Opening soon!** We are assembling the team that will be part of this new success story within the network.
