Monitor team adaptation and development **Open Position | Implementation Assistant (Commercial and Technical)** We are looking for a dynamic, communicative professional with leadership potential to support the implementation of new units, aiding the development of commercial and technical teams. Main Responsibilities * Deliver training to teams at newly implemented units; * Empower employees on commercial and sales processes; * Train teachers and interns on operational procedures; * Support standardization of commercial and technical processes across units; * Monitor team adaptation and development during the implementation period. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Bachelor's); * Experience or interest in team training and development; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Willingness to travel between units; * Flexibility in working hours during inauguration periods.
