Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields; * Proven experience in customer service, including event contract negotiation and closure, budget preparation, inquiry resolution, and problem solving; * Proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with relevant technologies and systems.
