We seek someone energetic, organized, and eager to learn—someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and evolving environment. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Recruitment and Selection** * Screen resumes and contact candidates; * Organize and follow up on interviews; * Support end-to-end selection processes. **Onboarding and Employee Journey** * Support new employee onboarding and integration; * Ensure document organization and verification; * Contribute to a positive experience from day one. **Payroll and Working Hours Management** * Support electronic timekeeping and hour bank management; * Provide assistance with payroll and benefits routines; * Assist in maintaining accurate employee records. **Climate and Culture** * Support internal marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Participate in employee engagement and organizational climate activities. **Organization and Internal Support** * Maintain organized documents and processes; * Support leaders with people management requests; * Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. **WHAT WE SEEK** **Essential Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration; * Prior HR experience; * Basic knowledge of Payroll Department functions; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. **PROFILE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE** * Organization and attention to detail * Clear communication and professional demeanor * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Discretion and ethics in handling information **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** **Salary:** R$ 1400.00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * TotalPass * SESC membership * Open English membership * Cemig SIM membership Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
