Support will primarily be delivered through digital channels, emphasizing objective, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication to enhance the member’s experience throughout the process. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Proactively contact members to guide them through coverage reactivation; \- Monitor clients after payment of the reactivation bank slip; \- Guide members through process steps, such as scheduling inspections; \- Operate via WhatsApp and other support channels; \- Ensure clarity, responsiveness, and quality in customer service.
