Our mission is to develop and implement, with excellence, innovative healthcare solutions that improve patients' and their families' quality of life, anticipate societal and healthcare system transformations. **Job Description** We are seeking a Nursing Intern to work in the Healthcare Call Center department, supporting the healthcare team’s activities with a focus on organization, patient monitoring, and assistance process support. **Main Responsibilities** * Support healthcare sector activities under supervision * Schedule medical and nursing appointments * Contact patients and family members for telephone monitoring * Assist in assembling and organizing medical records * Record medical progress notes in the system * Support preparation of budgets and addendums * Participate in home visits and low-complexity procedures (supervised) * Contribute to Quality Management System activities * Assist in developing and updating internal processes, flowcharts, and documents * Support handling of non-conformities and departmental notifications **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a **Nursing** undergraduate program (mandatory). * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which shift are you attending?
