The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, results-oriented, and interested in building a career in operational and strategic projects. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics, especially **road operations** and **import processes**. * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Prior experience (internship or full-time) in logistics, projects, or supply chain will be considered a plus. * **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** ----------------------------------- + **Advanced Excel** + Knowledge of **VBA** + Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools: - **PowerApps** - **Power BI** + Familiarity with similar automation or data analysis tools. + Advanced or fluent English **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the **analysis, development, and execution of logistics projects**, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for tracking KPIs and project outcomes. * Create process maps, flowcharts, and technical documentation. * Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) and external partners to ensure alignment and progress of projects. * Contribute to implementing solutions related to **road and import logistics**.
