Proficiency with digital technologies **JOB: Commercial Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * **Specific commercial activities:** \- Provide family support via messages, phone calls, and in-person interactions; \- Be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing the entire process from initial contact through enrollment formalization; \- Present the school to interested families, including facility tours, highlighting the quality of our pedagogical methodology and educational projects; \- Monitor the admission processes for new students (PAAN), ensuring all stages are carried out efficiently and systematically; \- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure family satisfaction and maintain close, long-term customer relationships; \- Carry out external visits—for example, visits to partner schools for student recruitment, participation in various events, etc.; \- Handle family requests for transfer certificates; \- Provide support for discount eligibility screening. * **Event support;** **Profile:** Dynamism, proactivity, organization, creativity, curiosity, empathy, warmth, transparency, and professional ethics. **Requirements:** * **Digital Technology Proficiency:** Ability to use digital tools daily, such as school management systems, online communication tools, and photo/video editing applications.
