Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote! **Your Mission:** Assist in the tax calculation process to ensure accurate calculation, payment, and timely submission of ancillary obligations with reliable content. Interested? **Join our team!** **We Offer:** Superflex Meal Card; Medical & Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Totalpass; Private Pension; Commuting Allowance; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Commuting Allowance; and more! **Responsibilities:** * Verify fields in Electronic Fiscal Invoices (commercial), Service Fiscal Invoices, and Transport Waybills; monitor fiscal regulations and ERP fiscal system interfaces; * Prepare fiscal ledgers, record entries and exits, calculate direct and/or indirect taxes, internal and interstate transactions, register issued and received NFSe (Municipal Service Invoices) with municipalities, and prepare tax payment guides for calculated taxes; * Participate in generating and submitting ancillary obligations at all levels; * Perform registrations and submissions with state and municipal authorities, and liaise with public agencies; * Continuously monitor tax legislation. **Responsibilities in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Management Systems:** * Adhere to the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and related documents; * Understand and comply with aspect, impact, hazard, and risk assessment spreadsheets; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your daily tasks. **Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics; * Familiarity with tax routines; * Basic English; * Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Experience in the tax field; * Preferred qualifications include expertise in PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL, as well as knowledge of accounting routines and reports. **Your Profile:** * Passion for your area of expertise and your customers; * Highly motivated and results-oriented; * Time management skills; * Flexibility in work arrangements; * Proactivity. **Everything starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
