About the Opportunity
Strategic and operational involvement in coordinating social projects targeting children and older adults, ensuring efficient implementation, monitoring, and achievement of outcomes. The professional will operate across various territories and projects, guaranteeing delivery quality and alignment with partners and public agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall coordination of social projects
* Team management and supervision (supervisors report directly to the coordinator)
* Project monitoring and evaluation
* Ensuring achievement of goals and performance indicators
* Development and launch of new projects
* Management of multiple concurrent projects (average of 6 projects)
* Reporting results to partners and public agencies
* Relationship management with companies and *stakeholders*
* Development of resource-raising projects
* Direct community engagement

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
