**Main Responsibilities**

* Analyze **judicial proceedings technically and rigorously**, identifying active deadlines and deadlines to be entered according to each client’s rules.
* Perform **accurate deadline entry** into internal systems and clients’ portals/systems, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
* Interpret **orders, rulings, notices, and procedural movements**, correctly translating them into the system records.
* Ensure **all relevant deadlines are duly registered**, avoiding procedural risks and rework.
* Act **proactively**, anticipating demands, reviewing records, and preventing errors or inconsistencies.
* Meet and strive to achieve **productivity targets**, maintaining required quality standards.
* Maintain **organization and traceability of procedural information** in systems.
* Support **alignment of workflows, standardization, and best practices** with the team and other involved departments.
