Failure analysis and proposal of improvements. * Coordinate and assign maintenance team activities. * Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles. * Track consumption of parts, tires, diesel fuel, and lubricants. * Verify the quality of parts and services performed. Monitor vehicle inspections and appraisals, ensuring compliance with required standards. Analyze component failures and breakdowns, proposing improvements and solutions. * Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and functionality of tools, equipment, and facilities. * Guide and support the team to ensure compliance with regulations and service quality. Requirements: \- Completed high school education. \- Experience in mechanical vehicle maintenance. \- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, differential, and basic electrical systems). \- Experience or skills in team leadership and coordination. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
