**Job Description – HVAC Construction Analyst** AIR MINAS is seeking a Construction Analyst to oversee the technical, operational, and administrative execution of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and exhaust) engineering contracts. We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong communication skills and a profile oriented toward construction control, planning, and field team support. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor physical execution of construction works and contracts; * Control schedule, physical progress, and productivity; * Support planning and scheduling of construction activities; * Manage materials, equipment, and purchase requisitions; * Quantities takeoff and verification of measurements; * Assist in preparing technical and photographic reports; * Interface with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams; * Manage construction documentation; * Monitor contracts and scopes of work; * Assist in cost management and budgetary control; * Support inspection and commissioning requirements; * Update internal controls, spreadsheets, and KPIs; * Supervise third-party contractors and subcontractors on-site; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in: * Mechanical Engineering; * Knowledge of construction works and engineering routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong organizational and analytical skills; * Aptitude for processes and controls; * **Willingness to travel**; * Driver's license category B is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with HVAC construction projects; * Ability to read engineering drawings; * Experience with construction measurement practices; * Familiarity with MS Project; * Experience in corporate and public construction projects; * Knowledge of planning and cost control. **Job Details** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG – Santa Inês neighborhood Work mode: On-site * **Benefits** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree Desired education: Mechanical/mechatronics engineering, Bachelor's degree
