Job Summary: The professional will provide information and guidance to patients and visitors, transporting them across hospital departments. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and assist patients and visitors in the hospital 2. Transport companions and internal/external customers 3. Full-time in-person service Provide hospital-related information and guidance to patients and visitors; transport companions to respective departments; inform patients about department locations; transport internal and external customers to the requested floor; and perform other duties relevant to the position. High school diploma required. Prior experience in this role is a plus.
