Job Description The professional will be responsible for supporting, operating, evolving, and securing IT infrastructure environments, with primary (but not exclusive) emphasis on Microsoft Cloud, supporting the company’s technology modernization, security, and governance strategy. Work will be conducted in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud), actively participating in identity management, access control, data protection, cloud resource administration, and supporting infrastructure and information security projects. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft Cloud (Azure) environments, including virtual machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage, compute resources, and managed services; Manage identity and access (IAM), with emphasis on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid Active Directory, AD Connect, and conditional access policies; Implement, administer, and review access controls, MFA, RBAC, role segregation, and Zero Trust best practices; Support cloud workload operations and security, including integrations with services such as Databricks and PaaS/IaaS solutions; Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents related to infrastructure and identities; Administer hybrid environments, including Windows servers, Active Directory, GPOs, and cloud integration; Collaborate in defining, implementing, and continuously improving infrastructure and information security policies, standards, procedures (SOPs), and controls; Support data protection and compliance initiatives (LGPD), including risk mapping, technical controls, and audit evidence; Work jointly with vendors, partners, and internal teams on infrastructure, cloud, and security projects; Track technical and operational metrics for the area, contributing to improvements in stability, security, and efficiency of the environment; Support internal and external audits by providing technical evidence and assistance to relevant departments. Technical Requirements Cloud and Identity Practical experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS); Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user and group administration, MFA, and access policies; Experience in hybrid environments with on-premises Active Directory synchronized with cloud (AD Connect); Knowledge of access management, IAM, RBAC, and least-privilege principles. Infrastructure and Security Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPOs; Knowledge of endpoint security, disk encryption (BitLocker), and access policies; Knowledge of networking, firewalls, access rules, segmentation concepts, and network security; Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response. Governance and Compliance Knowledge of LGPD and technical data protection controls; Familiarity with IT and Information Security frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT – expertise not required). **Work Mode:** On-site.
