Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and analyzing factory indicators and budgets, managing costs, calculating productivity, and preparing and monitoring the Budget, aiming at optimization and cost reduction. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial process optimization and cost reduction 2. Indicator and budget management and analysis 3. Budget preparation and monitoring with a focus on profitability \- Prepare monthly presentations containing all factory- and budget-related indicators for senior management and managers; \- Monitor variable cost evolution by optimizing industrial processes, identifying losses and bottlenecks, and proposing controls to improve processes and reduce costs; \- Responsible for all area-specific indicators regarding management, calculations, validation, and formalization with senior management and the presidency; \- Responsible for calculating and analyzing operational productivity results of factories, consistently focusing on financial gain opportunities, productivity, identification of loss points and bottlenecks in processes, and proposal of improvements; \- Responsible for Budget preparation and review. Includes database creation, providing guidance to departments on directives, tracking submissions, preparing consolidated databases, and analyzing and critiquing submissions from managers; \- Present consolidated data for the annual Budget and revised Budget to management and senior management; \- Conduct monthly Budget monitoring, questioning departments on balances and variances against the proposed and approved figures, and supporting entity and package managers in developing action plans—with a constant focus on cost reduction and profitability improvement; \- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for expense reduction and/or financial gains.
