




#### **About the position:** * Work as an Internal Communication Analyst, responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote employee engagement and alignment with the company's values and objectives. * Ensure smooth communication across different hierarchical levels and departments within the organization, strengthening the organizational culture. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, create and execute internal communication campaigns using various channels such as intranet, e\-mails, newsletters, bulletin boards and corporate events. * Produce relevant content aligned with the company's strategy to keep employees informed and motivated. * Manage communication during periods of organizational change, ensuring clarity and transparency in information. * Monitor and analyze the impact of internal communication actions, proposing continuous improvements. * Collaborate with other departments to integrate internal communication into the company's overall strategies. #### **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields. * Proven experience in internal communication, preferably in medium to large companies. * Skills in producing written and visual content. * Knowledge of digital communication tools and intranet platforms. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt to internal audiences. #### **Desired qualifications (advantage):** * Knowledge of CANVA, graphic design and video editing. * Experience in crisis management and communication during organizational changes. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools. #### **Working hours:** * 08:00 TO 17:48
