You will join a structured IT team with room to learn, test ideas, and progress quickly in your career while supporting the company's key departments. * Provide functional and technical support to Fluig users. * Configure, parameterize, and maintain forms, workflows, and dashboards. * Support process modeling and automation (BPM). * Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and document solutions. * Respond to service requests, analyze incidents, and propose improvements. * Support Fluig integrations with other corporate systems. * Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and prioritize deliveries. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Fluig knowledge (forms, processes, portals). * Basic understanding of programming logic and databases (SQL). * Prior experience in IT support or systems analysis. * Strong communication skills with business areas and an analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Fluig TOTVS in a corporate environment. * Experience in process automation projects. * Fluig certifications or training courses.
