Are you interested and ready to join this team that works daily to keep Brazil moving—connecting industries and people? **Job Description** A professional responsible for leading the SESMT and ESG departments, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, strengthening a prevention culture, and promoting sustainable practices aligned with the company’s strategies. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other OH&S legislation. * Develop, implement, and monitor OH&S and Environmental policies, programs, and procedures. * Lead multidisciplinary teams: Analysts, Technicians, Engineers, Nursing Staff, and Occupational Physicians. * Plan and execute the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), Labor Technical Report on Hazardous Activities (LTCAT), Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), and other mandatory programs. * Monitor accident and incident indicators, unsafe conditions, work absences, and environmental performance metrics. * Conduct accident investigations using root cause analysis and implement preventive actions. * Perform internal audits and support external audits for OH&S and Environmental management. * Implement and monitor ESG-related actions and targets. * Support environmental impact reduction initiatives. * Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, metrics, and indicators. * Ensure compliance with standards and certifications such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\. * Deliver training and awareness campaigns on safety, health, environment, and corporate responsibility. * Establish interfaces with leadership and other departments to strengthen a prevention culture and ESG practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * Proven experience in SESMT and ESG management, and team leadership. * Desired certifications: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, Green Belt or equivalent. * In-depth knowledge of NRs and OH&S legislation. * Experience conducting audits, managing KPIs, and implementing safety and environmental programs. * Preferred experience in logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Critical thinking and systemic vision * Assertive communication * Proactivity and results orientation * Conflict management and mediation * Organization and control **Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance (co-payment plan) * On-site cafeteria * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Gympass membership * Baby kit * School kit **More than a transportation company—we are Patrus.** **Build your career with us!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
