Job Summary: Lead the operational team and ensure maintenance of bicycle fleets, propose improvements, and resolve issues to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Keep going to learn more about this position! \>Responsibilities: * Monitor operational KPIs (Bike Availability, Maintenance SLA, NPS, etc.) and propose corrective and continuous improvement action plans. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the bicycle fleet to a high quality standard. * Participate in Logistics processes and the "Bike Pra Você" Project \- iFood. * Support implementation of standardized processes, policies, and routines, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. * Support coordination in strategic decision-making, proposing continuous improvements. * Resolve process failures, operational bottlenecks, and team conflicts promptly. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours, ensuring efficient operational coverage. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team, ensuring application of HR policies and procedures under Management's responsibility. \>Education: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. \>Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in operations. * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and proficiency in KPI management. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Brazilian driver's license, Category B. \>Why join us: Every day, we strive to inspire and make it easy for thousands of people to change their daily routines and the cities they live in.
