Job Summary: The professional will manage light and utility vehicle fleets in Minas Gerais, conducting meetings, preparing reports, and managing a team, with direct contact with customers and the team for alignment and updates. Direct customer contact for alignment **Responsibilities and Duties:** What are we looking for? The candidate will operate light and utility vehicle fleet management in the Minas Gerais regional office, conducting monthly performance review meetings regarding the company's delivered metrics, implementing the operational model, preparing client and management reports, and managing the team (fleet coordinator and fleet controllers). The role involves traveling to customer operation sites and Vamos stores. The candidate will engage in direct customer contact for alignment meetings and collaborate with the team to define operational priorities and updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics and/or related fields; Experience in fleet management; Experience in the e-commerce segment is a plus; Technical experience in vehicle maintenance management is desirable; Flexibility in working hours; Willingness to travel; Valid Brazilian driver's license category B (CNH B) is mandatory; Advanced Excel proficiency required; Easy access to Contagem and Betim/MG regions.
