Job Summary: This critical role provides support for decision-making in Commercial Intelligence, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key indicators to ensure visibility and results. Proactive involvement in identifying root causes and proposing action plans. #### **About the Role:** * You will play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Intelligence decision-making, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key business metrics to ensure visibility, alignment, and results-oriented focus. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze key supply chain indicators, including stockouts, excess inventory, inter-warehouse transfers, revenue, and product mix; * Monitor, track, and hold accountable indicator performance, identifying deviations, opportunities, and business risks; * Prepare management reports and presentations, translating data into clear, actionable insights for the team; • Support the Commercial Intelligence team in organizing, consolidating, and ensuring information reliability; * Proactively identify root causes and propose action plans to improve results; • Ensure information alignment across involved departments, supporting communication and tracking of requests; * Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical, control, and indicator management processes; #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning; * Proactive, organized profile with a problem-solving orientation; * Goal-, deadline-, and results-driven; * Good communication and interpersonal skills. #### **Benefits:** * On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack); * Attendance bonus; * Unimed or Hapvida health insurance; * Dental insurance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) — up to one additional monthly salary per year; * Sulamérica Triple Service Plan (Telemedicine, Funeral Assistance, and Life Insurance); * Active Life Program — including access to sports telemedicine and fitness apps (Wellhub, formerly Gympass, or Total Pass); * 24% discount on electricity bills; * Discounts on medication purchases (Droga Clara and Droga Raia pharmacies); * Payroll-deductible loans. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
