Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bar manager to supervise nighttime operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and management of front-of-house and kitchen teams. Proactive leadership A bar located in the downtown area is looking for an experienced candidate to manage the establishment. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; nighttime shift. Proven experience is mandatory. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, management of front-of-house and kitchen teams, and other duties inherent to the position. Proactivity required. \-Salary (R$ 2\.597,50\) \+ tip percentage (variable) \+ meal allowance of R$ 300.00 \+ transportation voucher \+ meals provided on-site \+ other benefits.
