**JOB OPENING FOR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Location: Contagem - MG** Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse cleaning and organization; Inspect and maintain collective protective equipment (CPE) in good condition. Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Instruct drivers, assistants, helpers, and collectors regarding waste handling. Identify potential hazards related to the warehouse and handled waste. Direct properly packaged waste to correct locations within the warehouse. Supervise and ensure compliance with company-established procedures and regulations. Perform physical and chemical treatment of warehouse effluents. Operate the Portal Crane (Transfer Area). Transport vehicles to and from the workshop. Maneuver vehicles inside the warehouse. **Mandatory Requirements:** Experience in production; experience in waste management and team leadership is desirable. Completed high school education. Driver's license class D minimum. **Desirable Requirements** * Leadership and people management training. * MOPP course. * EAR. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM. One Saturday per month: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
