We are seeking an HR Coordinator to serve as the cornerstone in structuring and strategically developing our HR department. **Your Main Responsibilities** You will play a strategic role in consolidating the HR area, focusing on optimizing processes and developing talent: HR Structuring: Leadership: Managing a team of 3 people (Analyst, Assistant, and Clerk). Creation and analysis of HR KPIs and management reports. Development and implementation of the Job and Salary Plan. Structuring Career Path Plans and development programs. People and Culture Management: Developing internal marketing and internal communication initiatives. Improving and monitoring the Onboarding process. Conducting Exit Interviews and turnover analysis. Generalist involvement in other tactical and operational HR activities. **✅ Essential Requirements** To succeed in this role, you must have: Solid and proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in senior leadership roles within Human Resources. Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Leadership and Profile: Ability to lead and develop teams (currently a team of 3 people). Proactivity and sense of urgency to drive the structuring of the department. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to integrate with all teams. **What We Offer** Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 to BRL 7,000.00 (negotiable based on experience and fit with the role). Employment Type: PJ (Legal Entity contract). Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
