We offer customized solutions to meet our clients’ needs in the field of people management. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational areas. Develop talent attraction strategies and provide feedback to candidates. Monitor training needs assessment, as well as planning and organizing training and development activities. Monitor experience evaluation processes and analyze their respective results. Support the design of internal marketing initiatives and organizational climate improvement initiatives. Assist in managing payroll-related processes, timekeeping controls, vacation scheduling, and other HR department routines.
