Key responsibilities include providing technical support to users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops, computers, and mobile phones, as well as assisting in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing security solutions. The intern will collaborate with the IT team to ensure all equipment remains operational and users receive necessary support. Prior experience in equipment maintenance or user support is preferred but not required. The intern must demonstrate proactivity, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
