Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for handling and tracking freight bills of lading, approving customer registrations, evaluating and canceling NFs (Notas Fiscais), and generating recipient manifests. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and tracking of freight bills of lading 2. Responsibility for NF (Notas Fiscais) processes and customer registration 3. Proficiency in Excel and enrollment in an Accounting Sciences program - Entry of freight bills of lading; - Monitoring of the NF dashboard; - Approval of customer registration; - Evaluation of NFs; - Generation of recipient manifests; - Cancellation of NFs; - Entry of consumption NFs. Requirements: Proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. Residence in Belo Horizonte or nearby regions. Currently enrolled in an Accounting Sciences program.
