Focus on hygiene and good food handling practices **JOB OPENING 3 \- KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- NIGHT SHIFT** Restaurant in Contagem – Amazonas Neighborhood We are hiring a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to join the team of our new Minas Gerais restaurant. * **Responsibilities** Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes Food cleaning and cutting Kitchen, countertops, and utensil organization and cleaning Support the chef during service Follow hygiene standards and good food handling practices * **Requirements** Prior kitchen experience (minimum 6 months) Efficiency, organization, and responsibility Commitment to routine and schedule Ability to work under pressure * **Schedule** 6-day rotation with 1 day off per week – 43 hours/week Tuesday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Sunday: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday off per month) * **We Offer** Salary according to industry minimum wage Transportation allowance On\-site meals Monthly attendance bonus (R$ 150\) Life insurance Share of service charge (10%) Light, organized environment with welcoming Minas Gerais culture * **Location** Av.
