Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, and cooking food while ensuring hygiene, quality, and presentation in a kitchen environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with various culinary techniques Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment * Prepare ingredients for culinary processes (e.g., chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) • Cook using various utensils or grills • Monitor food during cooking (e.g., stirring or flipping) • Ensure excellent presentation by arranging dishes before serving • Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment • Ensure all food items and other supplies are stored correctly • Check ingredient quality • Monitor inventory and place orders when supplies run low Requirements • Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant • Experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and baking equipment • Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, roasting, boiling, etc.) • Ability to follow all sanitary procedures • Ability to work in a team, washing and drying • Excellent communication skills • Excellent physical condition and energy Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.639,72 - R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
