Training provided We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who is: * Proactive * Willing to learn * Skilled in interpersonal communication * Capable of working in a team * Residing in the Pampulha or Venda Nova regions * Or having convenient access to the Castelo neighborhood \- Pampulha * Experience in Minas Gerais cuisine and *à la carte* service is a plus We offer: * Competitive base salary, negotiable upon hiring, aligned with market standards * Night shift: starts at 4:00 PM * Benefits * Attendance bonus * 20% discount on meals at the restaurant * Company-provided transportation * On-site meals * Training * Fixed weekly day off Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.900,00 per month Selection question(s): * Position requires NIGHT/NOCTURNAL shift. The company owns vehicles and provides transportation to employees' residences in the Pampulha, Venda Nova, and Ribeirão das Neves areas. Do you reside in the Pampulha, Venda Nova, or Ribeirão das Neves regions? * If you do not reside in the aforementioned regions, can you arrange your own return home?
