




Job Summary: This role involves monitoring the technical team, managing documentation, and communicating to provide general administrative support and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing monthly reports **Your responsibilities:** * Monitoring the technical team and recording services; * Managing forms, service orders (OS), reports, and checklists; * Updating spreadsheets and systems with deadlines and statuses; * Assisting in preparing monthly reports (RDO); * Communicating with clients and internal teams; * Tracking working hours and travel of the technical team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields (in progress) is preferred; * Practical experience in administrative routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
