Process control and organization **Your Responsibilities:** * Monitoring the technical team and recording services; * Managing forms, service orders (OS), reports, and checklists; * Updating spreadsheets and systems with deadlines and statuses; * Supporting the preparation of monthly reports (RDO); * Communicating with customers and internal team; * Tracking working hours and travel of the technical team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred (currently pursuing is acceptable); * Practical experience in administrative routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
