That is what drives us and pushes us beyond—every single day! **Join us as a Confiant and become part of our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying bidding notices on specific procurement portals; * Preparing and submitting cost estimates; * Monitoring bidding processes on official websites and posting updates in Slack; * Tracking postponed and cancelled processes; * Monitoring clarification requests and challenges during the pre-bid phase of bidding processes; * Requesting payments for bidding platforms and submitting corresponding invoices; * Requesting financial analyses from Garrastazu Consulting; * Assisting in reading and interpreting bidding notices; * Assisting in assembling bidding processes; * Assisting in registering processes on relevant platforms; * Assisting in posting clarification requests, challenges, and appeals; * Assisting in competitive bidding processes; * Assisting in updating the CRM with process progress and organization until completion; * Assisting in collecting contract and minutes signatures; * Assisting in verifying compliance of received commitment notes; * Assisting in validating various registrations and portal credentials; * Other related administrative support, coordination, monitoring, and organizational tasks necessary for effective completion of bidding processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Development of new technical skills, such as advanced Excel usage and integration of digital tools; * Monitoring of administrative trends and best practices applicable to the commercial sector; * Understanding of workflows across other departments involved in the commercial process; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Initiative; * Results orientation; * Basic knowledge of fiscal documents for participation in Advanced Bidding Procedures.
