Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Analytics \& AI team at Conta Digital and work with artificial intelligence and other frontier technologies to generate tangible results and real impact for Inter customers. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the development of statistical models and analytical solutions, participating in business understanding, data preparation, and modeling phases. * Collaborating with business areas and technical teams to identify the most efficient ways to execute and deliver solutions. * Contributing to improving processes and analytical models by identifying optimization opportunities and supporting the generation of strategic insights. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed or currently pursuing final semesters of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, IT, Systems Analysis and Development, etc. * Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity using libraries for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, or similar). * Exposure to or interest in data science methodologies such as machine learning will be considered a plus. * Skills in data storytelling and communicating analytical results, with prior experience using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred but not mandatory). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency. * A Git repository demonstrating prior projects and expertise—preferably involving applied statistics, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, time series analysis, and/or other models and frameworks. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitter allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer);
