Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via phone and WhatsApp * Offer support and clarify inquiries * Present products/services * Work with goals and performance indicators * Conduct negotiations and close sales Requirements: * Basic computer skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Commercial mindset and goal orientation * Organization and responsibility Sales experience is a plus. Employment Type: Full-time – CLT Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: * Fixed salary: R$ 1.800,00 * Variable compensation * Average monthly salary: R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 3.787,12 Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Sales bonus Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$1.800,00 – R$3.787,12 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Telemarketing (Preferred) * Sales (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred) License/Certification: * Brazilian National Driver’s License – Category B (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
