To sustain this evolution, the company opens a new position for a JUNIOR PROJECT ANALYST to work on ARCHITECTURAL EXECUTIVE PROJECTS within the Directorate of Products and Projects. The purpose is to work on the analysis and development of architectural executive projects, Exclusivitá Kits, drywall, and landscaping. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and analyze architectural executive projects; * Also handle requests related to drywall, landscaping, and personalization kits; * Support technical compatibility checks and project reviews; * Monitor third-party designers and assist in hiring processes; * Participate in technical alignment sessions and planning meetings; * Organize and track personal tasks, deadlines, and deliverables; * Interact with various departments across the company for alignment and technical support; * Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience developing projects using Revit and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of BIM methodology; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Organized, proactive profile with strong analytical ability; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Interest in learning about different disciplines involved in executive projects. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Flexible meal benefit (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Annual variable compensation program; * Transportation voucher; * Corporate wellness benefit providing access to gyms; * Benefits as stipulated by the collective labor agreement. * And much more!
