Job Summary: Performs IT project management activities, from planning to closure, controlling and documenting them to ensure organization and achievement of objectives under supervision. Logistics support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions Execute IT project management activities, from the planning phase through execution to closure, while also performing project control and documentation to ensure organizational integrity and objective attainment under supervision. Organize and control departmental administrative processes, with interns, assistants, and associate assistants serving as executors. Organize and control departmental invoice (NF) payment processes, with interns, assistants, and associate assistants serving as executors. Provide logistics and organizational support for project-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including participant tracking, preparation of supporting materials, presentation setup, and consolidation of records; Monitor and support analysis of basic project performance indicators (e.g., deadlines, costs, productivity, quality), identifying trends and proposing simple operational adjustments to keep the project within planned parameters; Support IT project planning by collaborating in scope definition and detailing, schedule structuring, identification of key milestones, assessment of required resources, and preparation of preliminary budgets, always under guidance from technical leadership or more experienced analysts; Monitor progress of activities outlined in project schedules, tracking deliverables, task status and deadlines, and maintaining updated records to report potential deviations or identified risks to the project owner; Compensation: R$1\.864,87 \- R$6\.692,25 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
