Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and preserving common areas of a warehouse, performing minor repairs and supporting the security desk. Key Highlights: 1. Duties include cleaning internal and external areas such as hallways and gardens to ensure a clean and organized environment. Performing minor repairs and adjustments to structures and equipment, including light bulb replacements, lock repairs, fixing minor water leaks, among others. Receiving packages and postal correspondence and delivering them to the respective departments; supporting the security desk by monitoring personnel entry and exit. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role; must reside in Contagem. **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$300.00; * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher; * Birthday Day Off; * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Additional Vacation Bonus; * Rewards for good ideas. **Salary:** R$2,000.00 to R$2,500.00 per month **Working Hours:** Monday and Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location:** Contagem – MG Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,500.00 per month Work Mode: On-site
