Marketing Assistant for E\-commerce About DUA: We are a women's fashion brand focused on contemporary tailoring, elegance, and sophistication. We seek someone passionate about e\-commerce and digital marketing to grow with us, supporting our online storefront management and our customers' purchase journey. Your Responsibilities: \* Catalog Management: Upload new products to the website (photos, descriptions, and technical attributes). \* E\-commerce Operations: Monitor orders, inventory levels, and ensure platform data remains up to date. \* Creative Support: Assist in campaign planning, suggest social media topics, and contribute to newsletter content. \* Data Analysis: Track basic sales and website traffic metrics. \* Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales assistance via digital channels to ensure an optimal shopping experience. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Advertising, Fashion, or related fields. \* Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language (impeccable grammar is essential). \* Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules and inventory. \* Prior experience with e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Nuvemshop, Tray, etc.) is desirable. \* Aesthetic sensibility aligned with the positioning of a premium fashion brand. \* Non-smoker. Preferred Qualifications: \* Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop). \* Familiarity with SEO principles for product listings. \* Experience in the women's fashion industry.
