Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Architect with advanced proficiency in Revit to join our team, develop architectural projects, and support BIM implementation. Support in standardizing BIM templates, families, and workflows We are looking for an Architect to join our architecture team, focusing on Revit-based project development and supporting company-wide BIM implementation. If you are organized, proactive, collaborative, highly proficient in Revit, and eager to actively contribute to BIM processes, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural projects in Revit (BIM); * Involvement in all project phases: preliminary study, conceptual design, legal design, and construction documentation; * Coordination with complementary disciplines; * Support in standardizing BIM templates, families, and workflows; * Ensuring technical quality, compliance with regulations, and adherence to deadlines; * Technical support to the team and interface with architecture coordination. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, with **active CAU registration**; * Solid experience as an Architect; * Advanced proficiency in **Revit**; * Experience in developing construction documentation; * Knowledge of technical standards and urban legislation; * Strong communication skills, organization, and autonomy; * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience implementing or maturing BIM in architectural firms; + Experience in institutional or public projects (e.g., healthcare facilities). **What We Offer:** * Caju meal allowance of R$ 42.00 per business day; * Flexible transportation voucher; * Group life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * Dental plan. **Work Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * Cruzeiro neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG; * **100% on-site work;** * CLT employment regime.
